Terms of service

About us

This website is operated by WINGSFORTRAVEL.COM, LLC, doing business as Control Tower Coffee ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund, Shipping, and Privacy Policies.

Products

We describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Coffee is an agricultural product, so flavor, roast color, and appearance can vary from batch to batch. Tasting notes describe flavor and aren't added ingredients. Product images may differ slightly from the item you receive.

Prices and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline or cancel an order, including when a price or listing is wrong. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund the amount charged.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the order ships. Payments are processed by Shopify. You agree to give us current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

Fulfillment partners

Our products are produced and shipped by third-party partners on our behalf.

Shipping and refunds

See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Site content, including logos, product names, label artwork, text, and images, belongs to WINGSFORTRAVEL.COM, LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Airport codes are used only to identify the destinations that inspire each coffee. Control Tower Coffee isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any airport, airline, or aviation authority.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is," and we don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.
